Design a READ Poster Contest (Apr 1-30)

Design your own READ poster and enter for a chance for your design to be printed and displayed in the Bateman Library!

We will choose one winner from each of the four age groups: K-2nd, 3rd-5th, 6th-12th, Adults / Squadrons. To submit your poster, include with the artist’s name, grade, and contact phone number and either drop off at the front desk during opening hours or email you submission to langleyafblibrary@gmail.com.

Posters must 22”x28” (the size of an average poster board) and portrait layout. Participants will photograph their work and e-mail to langleyafblibrary@gmail.com.

Get creative! Create your photos with digital art, mixed media, drawings, you name it! Need help with your design? Visit the American Library Association’s Design Studio: https://alastore.ala.org/read-design-studio.

Submissions must not contain obscenity, explicit sexual material, nudity, profanity, graphic violence, calls or incitement to violence, commercial solicitation or commercial promotion. Submissions must conform to local law and must not contain content or images that could be considered abusive, inflammatory, denigrating, or disrespectful to any groups, individuals or institutions.
