Virtual Out-Processing Services (vOP) Information

  1. Do Not Call the Library — READ this info!

  2. We log on to Virtual Out Processing on the AFPC website to see the current list of personnel who are clearing. If your name is not on the list we cannot clear you in vOP.

  3. If your Library account is clear & all items returned, we will clear you when your name appears on the AFPC list.

  4. If your Library account has issues/items are still checked out - you must return all items. Until you resolve all issues, your name will be marked in vOP as "Visit Required." Once all issues are resolved, you will then be cleared.

  5. If you don’t have a Library account, you missed something great! We will clear you when your name appears on the AFPC list.

TDY Services

  • At checkout, personnel going TDY should notify staff members of TDY dates and request extended check-out; we’ll give you a special due date

  • Personnel going TDY should have library card number and PIN (stored in phone or elsewhere) for easy access to online resources
